As the demand for traceability of welding quality grows, more and more welding machines are equipped with data logging modules that automatically record the core parameters of each welding (such as temperature, heating time, cooling time, pipe size, operator number, etc.).

Select welding parameter presets corresponding to different pipe diameters and materials

Operation record playback, error prompts and system self-test functions
6. Improved Heating Element Coatings
The heating die (usually made of aluminum alloy) needs to have good thermal conductivity and wear resistance. To avoid plastic adhesion and extend the service life of the die, manufacturers use PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) or ceramic nano-coatings to improve its surface properties.
Advantages include:
Strong non-stickiness: reduces hot melt residue and facilitates cleaning
Good high temperature resistance: not easy to oxidize and peel off during long-term operation
Low friction coefficient: smoother insertion and improved welding contact quality
7. IoT connection and remote monitoring (Compatibility with IoT and Remote Monitoring)
